Culture Experience Sharing Zone
2009-9-27

Ⅰ. OUR COMMITMENT

1. In the guidance of sustainable development and scientific view of development, China is showing her great cultural value to the world through thoroughly exploring local ecological environment and cultural co-existence of historic heritage, and environment-friendly cultural and economic tourism. The establishment of Cultural and Ecological Sharing Zone will renew the industrial structure of local economy to create a prosperous future for its development.

2. CFPA has been devoted to record, to spread, and to share mosaic cultures, in the hopes that local culture will join in the world’s multi-cultural trend, which has brought itself appreciation and approval from UNESCO. In the guidance of UNESCO’s powerful cultural conception, CFPA rationally analyzes and classifies the localization of cultural features, the comparable aspects of cultural differences, and the sharing feature of cultural character. CFPA firstly highlights the value of local cultural and economic tourism. Meanwhile, CFPA develops a new branch in the history of culture, making it an important part of the national and non-traditional culture sharing system.

Ⅱ. CONDITTION OF BEING A CESZ

Cultural and Ecological Sharing Zone is a long-term cultural development project, and the year 2008 will witness its first nationwide selection program in China.

1. Culture
The excitement brought by economic globalization is coupled by threat. It’s high time that humans deployed their wisdom to solve this problem, because there is no universal sure-fire solution. We need to look back and study the greatly accumulated cultures of all human-beings through the past thousands of years. Therefore, each candidate region has to own a relatively complete local culture, and is willing to adopt an objective and respectful attitude to explore local culture.

2. Ecology
The diversity of ecology decides the diversifying cultures, because every culture is formed on the basis of a particular ecological environment. In addition to guarantee the basic survival of human beings, the force of protecting ecology should be enhanced to the level of preserving the diversity of human cultures, to display the progress of human civilization. Therefore, each candidate region must have a unique ecological environment, as well as the public awareness and action to protect it.
